Email support@syncster.dev. For a problem, please say which version of Draftwork you have (Draftwork > About Draftwork on a Mac, Help > About on Windows) and your system, what you did and what happened, and attach the drawing if you can. Drawings you send are used only to look into your question.

Help inside the app

Press F1, or choose Help > User Guide, for the built-in guide: getting started, every command with its options, system variables and keyboard shortcuts. Help > Command List shows every command, and What's New lists the changes in each version. The same guide is on this site: the user guide, with every command and system variable.

Common questions

Which files does Draftwork open? DWG drawings in the AutoCAD 2000 to 2018 formats, and DXF from R12 to 2018. It saves both too; see the file table.

A drawing opens with warnings. File > Open Warnings lists what couldn't be kept; clicking a line selects the objects it's about.

The Mac App Store version can't find my xrefs or images. Apps from the Mac App Store may only read the files you open. Open the referenced file once with File > Open, or attach it again from the External References palette.

Is there 3D? No. Draftwork is a 2D drafting app.
